Farmer Carry + Auxiliary

Morning
A.) 5x140ft (1min rest @ 70ft turn) Farmer carry - slow
B.) 3x10 Reverse hyper
C.) 1x100 Butterfly situps

Results
A.) 220/240/260/260/260 (all UB)
B.) Comp (1x10 @ 90 - 2x15 @ 140)
C.) Comp (50/15/10/15/10)

Notes:
Ugh, doing Farmer carries is fine but doing them slow is the pits. I managed to get all of the sets done UB with minimal rest at the turn was horrid. Although, I did manage to grit through and almost had grip failure on my left hand on the last lap. This tells me the distance, weight, and speed were all perfect for this sessions.

Hyper was going well so I bumped up the reps in order to get more work and traction on my back. Situps were thrown in because I didn't have anything else to do for 5min until I had to leave.
