Notes:
Only squatted today and did a lot of it. I thought the HB back squat was going to be much more challenging but I was able to produce a LOT of bounce/explosive energy from the bucket with a narrower stance. Kept my knees and toes both pointed forward and made sure to keep my back super tight.
500lbs is getting closer, I can feel it. Onwards and upwards.
