Notes:
Very good squat session. Happy with the new PR for a triple. I think with a couple of months of injury free training and I might creep up to 425 for a triple. Here's hoping.
The low bar backsquat has really been helping with my overall squat power. I'm learning to keep my back vertically straight on all of my lifts and its helping out a lot.
Conditioning has been great. Been a long time since I hit the sled, but I've been feeling better and stronger with every session.
