Thigh/Hamstring Bodybuiling Auxiliary

Afternoon
A.) 3x10 DB Bulgarian split squat
B.) 3x10 Hamstring curls
C.) 3x10 Narrow stance hack squat
D.) 3x10 DB Straight legged deadlift
E.) 3x10 hypertrophy sit-ups

Results
A.) 100lbs
B.) 105lbs
C.) 90lbs
D.) 50lbs
E.) UB

Notes:
This session doesn't look like much until you realize that Mike and I crammed the whole thing into about 30min. As always the split squats are the most deceiving part of the whole session.

To get through all of this, our rest periods were about 1min between sets and 2min between exercises. Fun day, very tired.
