Pull ups + Gymnastics and Back Isolation

Notes:
I didn't feel like doing L-sits today since I wanted to focus more on my back than my abs, however, I was able to do pull ups with my knees in a tuck position. Gradually I was able to raise my knees close to my chin and continue to do pull ups. Boy, that was rough. Looking forward to doing more of them in the future. Everything else was business as usual.
