Push/Pull Bodybuilding Supersets + Kettlebell Conditioning

A.) Stretching

Work
A.) 3x10 Heavy DB curl - superset w/10 diamond push ups
B.) 3x15 Overhead cable triceps extension - superset w/10 single arm KB drag curl
C.) 3x20 KB swing @ 50lbs - superset w/20 behind the neck DB triceps extension

Results
A.) 50lbs/UB
B.) Cable 8/50lbs
C.) 50lb/40lbs

Notes:
Ow. This was unreal. Mike was talking about doing a sort of push/pull workout the other day and I was really ready for it then, but I was today.

The killer in this workout was the overhead triceps extension. Those are seriously the worst.
