Notes:
Oh today was perfect. All of the lifts felt strong and smooth. I'm happy with the top-end weights on each of the lifts. I probably could have gone higher on the Power Clean but decided to cut it a little short rather than blow my form on the heavier weights.

The Viper Press was very good. Each lift had great rapid hip extension and power for the press.
