B.) 30 Dead Hang Pull Ups
C.) 50 GHD Situps

Results
A.) Complete at 275lbs
B.) Complete 6/4/4/4/4/5/3
C.) Complete 5 UB sets of 10

Notes:
Good session. The banded backsquats have been killing me lately, but that's to be expected. I haven't seriously done them in a long time. The pull up/ab work 3x/week seems to be paying off. Not sore at all and core feels much stronger.
