30 Push Ups w/feet at 18" incline
1x15/arm Single Arm Dumbbell Press 50lbs

Run 3min on treadmill at 5.0 MPH w/steep hill setting

Notes:
Nothing new to report. Good conditioning session for the short amount of time I had.
