Notes:
Some fun conditioning tonight in the pool. Also, haven't done dips in a really long time so I was happy to get some sets in.
The underwater training is really nice. I feel like my anerobic capacity is going through the roof because of it. Also, the carb backloading diet has been having some benefits. I've noticed that I do not rest well if I don't get enough carbs. Amy has advised me to eat like a teenager. Seems to be paying off thus far.
