Notes:
Another good session in the gym. The squats felt a little heavy because my stabilizers were shot from the sandbag runs last night.
The Pull ups are getting better and better. I'm getting more reps done with every set, although, I always seem to burn out close to 20. Sets of 2-4 after that.
