Notes:
The majority of the session was designed as active recovery from the Atlas Stone ass-whupping I got served (yes, the soreness has set in).
This session went as intended, save for the L-sits. My times were so low because of quad cramps. It seems that I have to put on my big boy pants and take a dose of my own mobility lessons.
