Notes:
This was a good ego recovery workout from Wednesday. I didn't push as hard as I could have because I wanted to be able to hit the gym really hard Friday evening.
I think I will be running more hills in the future. I enjoyed this experience very much. I wonder how it would go with a 100lbs sandbag on my back?
