If it looks like the workload has decreased its because my wife and daughter are back in town. It was really nice having more time in the gym during the week without the pressure of husbandry/parenting looming over my head, but its really great to have them back home.
We still managed to get some work in, even though we didn't have the time to get to the auxiliaries we wanted to. Also, thinking of a schedule change that would involve more time in the gym on the weekends and less during the week. I'm inclined to agree with my wife, this would free up at least another day for lifting without the pressure of a schedule.
You have probably also noticed that I tend to do a lot of sets in my '3x3'. I've included my warm up weights, working sets, and final sets into my results. Basically, I work up to a weight that I think I can work with, then simply do that weight for 3's until I can't and count only the last three sets of work.
