Notes:
Some excellent work on the deadlift this morning. As Mark as my witness my sumo position didn't vary much from the starting position throughout the entire session. I also hit a new PR for a x2: 450lbs. I've TnG'ed more than this in the past but I feel pulling from the dead is much more difficult than TnG. To me, pulling from the dead is power where TnG is more of an endurance exercise.
The auxiliary work was once again very effective. Mark even told me that he has begun taking some cues from my weighted long walk strategies with sandbags and strongman implements.
