Notes:
An excellent follow up session to yesterday's press work. The sled is easily my favorite exercise for getting bigger gains on the backsquat. Last time was an easy tripe at 400lbs, I anticipate both lifts will go north with the continuation of sled work.
The DB row was a new movement in terms of this most recent training arc. Mark was nice enough to let me use his 'heavy-as-hell' 140lbs DB for the task. Managed to finish 20 reps/hand doing 3 reps with minimal rest.
Med balls drops were fun with Josh. Sometimes I think he likes hitting my stomach with the med ball too much.
