Notes:
This was an effective sessions. I managed to get in a lot of quality reps on the DB press and cable cross along with some extra work on my hamstrings.

All in all things are going pretty well. I'm planning on taking Sunday off from normal conditioning since I've been feeling beat up lately. Still on track for the competition, just need to take it easy next week.
