Notes:
I'm so tired. The kiddo has started to teethe and its killing us. I still managed to get sometime in for conditioning today but I really don't have too much gas in the tank.

This was a fine workout for what it was: tough. I managed to do all of the sprints UB even though it felt like my forearms were going to fall off at the end (mainly because of the 1min rest only). Also, when I say 'sprint' what I really mean is a 'walk as fast as you can'.

Found some tightness in the front of my shin, that was a bit surprising. I think it might have something to do with my calves being tight. Going to 'explore' the idea today with a lacrosse ball. Fun.
