Notes:
With the competition coming up I thought it would probably be a good idea for me to practice some power cleans. I haven't utilized the movement since switching over to a strictly powerlifting/conditioning schedule.
The results were encouraging. I noticed my setup was much better than it had been in the past as well as the speed of my lift. 225 used to feel a little heavy but now it feels like a toy.
