Conditioning: Distance Running + Sprint Intervals

Morning
A.) Run 1 mile @ 60%
B.) Run 1 mile :20 @ 80%/:40 @ 20%

Results
A.) Comp
B.) Comp

Notes:
This may or may not have been my best idea.

I haven't ran consistently in a long time and probably should have cut my distance in half....at least. A day later and my calves are extremely tight and sore (thank god not sore to the touch).

Going to focus on mobility and rest then hope to do well on Saturday.
