Notes:
Decided to forgo lifting today. With my back feeling a little tweaky still, I thought it would be a good idea to lay off back/front squats until we get the gravity boots from amazon.
With injury in mind, I decided to do some conditioning. Since I'm on a giant fat loss kick at the moment I thought I'd hit the rower with some DU's. Simple, easy, effective. Now, rest.
