Notes:
Good session. Back was feeling better, but I didn't want to push it. I thought staying 20lbs under my x5 PR was a good point to work on my stability. Weight moved fairly well, need to focus on mobility for my hips next time. Lots of crunching and bad feelings happening down there.
The ring dips and situps went about as expected. My stabilizers are a 'bit' out of shape so the first two sets of ring dips were pretty wiggly, but I nailed down the third set. Brief interruption by another athlete or else they would have been unbroken.
The metcon was nice. I had a target number of 15 but boy was I mistaken! Good pace, managed to bang out 10 in the last :90, so pacing was right on for the previous 3:30. Was toast afterwards.
