Jeez. Two great sessions back to back. This power session went about as well as could be expected, PR'ed on my shoulder press, got a lot of reps on the 'bro row', then pushed it through on the carries.
A bit of a treat this morning, I actually had someone to come and workout with me at 5am. In my zeal I actually skipped my local affiliate's check in process and got a bit of a slap on the wrist. Oops.
Regardless, my partner had a great time and seemed to want to keep it up. I look forward to having someone to workout with in the mornings.
