Notes:
Good morning session. As Mark said I came dangerously close to doing some cardio this morning because of the higher rep counts. Not only did I get my heart rate up, but my poor thumbs feel like they are going to fall off from the hook grips.
The iso holds are something that I've been needing to throw into my routines for a long time now. Basically, I need to get my flabby-ass in shape and start attacking my 'goats'.
The BB pull ups were new. This is the first time I've done pull ups and I haven't gone through the full range of motion. However, I will say that I felt my upper back engaged far more on the wide grip strict pull ups than the narrow grip full range of motion pull ups. Something to consider for the future.
