Hooray. This is what I've been missing from my training. Amy and I were talking in the car and we've decided I simply need more rest in the week. So, effective immediately, I will be lifting on Tues/Thursday/Sat. and doing conditioning on Wed/Sun. There will be at least one flex day during the new schedule where I will focus on sprinting/100% efforts. This day could be coupled with a lifting day or the focus of a conditioning day.
Operation ripped tummy, commence.
