Notes:
A good session which absolutely toasted my shoulders. Along with me being tired from the previous CrossFit day, I'd say this session went pretty well.
The pain in my lower back has subsided thanks to my DC and LMT. Although, I did have a little scare when I was doing the presses and I lost tension. I consider this slip laziness on my part.
Well, I'll admit it. I'm tired. Granted, I've been feeling better since spending time in the pool every night.
