Evening
A.) 4x15/arm Banded curls
B.) 3x20 Bench dips
C.) 3x10 + 10 1/4 Push ups

Results
A.) Comp  (red band)

C.) Comps @ 18" incline

Notes:
Made it through another week of training. Good news, I was once again able to increase my volume on front squats and up the intensity on my box squats by adding band tension.

Did some auxiliary movements later in the evening and decided to cut cardio. I was exhausted.
