Notes:
Well, that was miserable. By 'that', I'm referring to the swimming not the front squats. The front squats are going really well as a auxiliary exercise. Doing them at least once a week with box squats and high bars squats is working out really well. Running back to the office was rough, quads were jelly.
The swimming was hard. I'm not going to lie. I'm not entirely sure what happened but that was zero fun. I felt like I was going to drown on every effort.
