Notes:
Trying to take the weekends to focus on squats and sprinting on Sunday. So far so good. Amy was devious with her power and accuracy on the frisbee throws today. We took three frisbees to the park and she would throw them one after the other, I would then collect all three then throw them back. She would give me a :15 breather, then throw them again.
20min of that chase business was a lot of fun, but I'm really tired.
