Notes:
Really good day today. Managed to PR on my deadlift with the trap bar. Thinking I should start to stagger my deadlifting a little more. I've been having issues with my sacrum flaring up and I've received word that it might be due to the frequency of deadlifting. I don't really mind one way or the other, there are lots of other things I can do to help my deadlift.

Rest of the day was fun. I really like working out with Ghia and Mike during lunch.
