Notes:
Another day full of good volume. The bench press went really well in the morning and I was able to expose the lunch crew to the 1 arm DB press.
Managed to bump up the weight on the hamstring curls and should probably start adding a dumbbell to my dips for more resistance.
Skipped traditional cardio in the evening and opted for some push ups instead.
