Hack Squat

Afternoon
A.) 10x5 Hack squat to 3/4 @ 1210 - superset with 10 pull over sit ups

Results
A.) Comp (all UB) 180/270/320 - 45lbs plate (all UB)

Notes:
Killer session. My legs felt like jelly afterwards. However, I think I need to move my foot position up the sled slightly in order to take the majority of the pressure off of my knees. Felt it a little too much too close to the knee cap.
