This session was pretty good. I managed to sneak in a few muscle ups during the routine as well. Even managed to pull off two-in-a-row. Now bad, although I must be mindful of my shoulder.
Did a 10 rep PR on back squat. I managed this a few years ago, the difference being today was a high bar/narrow stance back squat whereas my previous efforts were all low bar wide stance. HSPU's were a welcome gymnastics variant for super setting and my traps are lit up from the DB jumps.
