Hahaha, my power clean form is terrible again. Its obvious that I have the power to rip the weight off of the floor but my transition/catch position is awful again. Time to start drilling PC again!
Surprised myself a little bit with being able to do muscle ups and then an UB set of 100 DU's. I feel like my strength has kept me going for a long time, but I think its time to lose a little weight. Perhaps I can do some kind of burnout session with the masters every morning.
