Notes:
This was the first day that I had ever done hack squats in my entire life and I have ever done hack squats. I am writing this a day later and I don't necessarily feel 'sore' but my legs are certainly 'tired'.
I know this session doesn't look like a whole lot, but trust me. I'm wooped.
