B.) 10 rnds - 5 DB curls/5 Diamond push ups - rest 1min b/t
C.) 10min Pool recovery

A.) Comp @ 50lbs/35lbs/120lbs
B.) Comp @ 35lbs/hand
C.) Comp

Notes:
This was so much harder than it looked. My arms were super dead and it felt really great. I didn't have the energy for anything short and intense, but this did the trick.
