Killer. Lately I feel like I've been surviving my workouts instead of attacking them. I know I'm still putting every ounce into it that I have, but I think I'm tired. Regardless, my form is still good and I'm not getting injured, so I'm going to keep going.
First day doing sissy squat and wow were those a surprise. The movement looks ridiculous and dangerous but it really hit my thighs. Hard. Not to mention most of the Plan D DCF'ers probably thought I was crazy. Regardless, they were effective.
