Front Squats (PR) + Auxiliary

C.) 3x10 Deficit DB squats

Results
A.) 280(8)/280(8)/280(12) PR

Notes:
Leg day! This was a lot of fun. The front squats (of course) were very difficult, but I set a new PR at 280lbs for reps (12, previous was 10). We hit the auxiliary work hard with some manual GHR's after to get some hamstring burn. Jon was feeling good so I decided to kick out volume up a bit and do some heavy deficit DB squats, back extensions, and sissy squats with rest equivalent to your partners effort.

I'm toast, but in a good way.
