Notes:
Really fun workout next to the ocean. Used picnic tables for my dips, the wall next to the bathrooms for my HSPU's, and some chunks of logs for my deficit push ups. The real fun started with the tabata intervals. I used one of the log gaurd rails as my object, although I secretly think it was a lot higher than 24". But, I can't be sure.
