Notes:
The brunt of this workout was geared towards thigh growth, but we hit the posterior chain for balance. Whenever I squat and deadlift on the same day I usually feel it a little bit, but today (Sunday) is worse than normal. I'm attributing the additional fatigue to the increased volume and moderated rest of the front squats.

Sean and I moved fairly well throughout the session. I felt the balance of hypertrophy and power for the entire session was really nice. Since the last two weeks have been a bit rough, I think I'm going to take Sunday and Monday off to rest up.
