Very simple session for the morning, but it was deceptive. Personally, I always feel like I could do so much more on days when we do banded work, but experience has taught me a harsh lesson. Banded never makes me feel sore, but it certainly makes me feel tired.
Threw in some trap bar farmer carries today for kicks. Forearms are super smoked so I guess they did the trick. Also hit a PR on the Airdyne, but I'm not really sure I should start counting PR's during conditioning.
Afternoon was rough. Super fun doing the behind the neck lat pull down, but my rear delts are absolutely blown.
