Notes:
These superset bodybuilding sessions are tough. I've decided that I will only do cardio on these days if I think I have it in the tank. Today, I didn't really have much energy after this low-weight poop show.
Everything moved well until my muscles refused to work. However, that was the goal of the session, so I don't really have anything to be upset about.
