Notes:
Excellent session. First, the 275lbs squats felt SUPER light. I'm not even kidding, after doing all the narrow stance squats, hack squats, and all sorts of other quad-dominant squats over the last 3 months, the low bar position felt extremely powerful in comparison to its high bar counterpart.
Tried a new glute/hamstring exercise in the hip thrust sled drag. I'm certain I looked stupid doing the movement but I felt it afterwards. Decided to end the session with some bear hug front squats and weighted back extensions. I really like using the sandbag, look for it on the blog more in the future.
