Afternoon
A.) 3x10 Shoulder press
B.) 3x8 Arnold press - superset w/8 behind-the-neck DB triceps extensions

Notes:
The weight moved very well this morning. I was surprised HOW easy 225lbs moved. I didn't noticed much trouble with 225lbs until the last rep of the last round. Very happy the power in my upper body is finally starting to develop. (Seriously, FINALLY).

Second session was rough with another compound movement added to the mix. Mike and I both agreed that our shoulders are destroyed.
