Hack Squat + Iso Holds

Afternoon
A.) 8x8 Hack squat @ 70-75% - superset w/:10 iso hold on last rep
B.) 3x20 Bosu ball situps

Results
A.) 300lbs (6/4)/270lbs/270lbs
B.) UB

Notes:
I know this doesn't look like much, but this was rough. Mike and I both agreed that we had an 'urpy' feeling in our abs and a tension headache. I'm writing this the next day trying to ignore the soreness in my quads.
