Notes:
Oh man, today was really good. We got in a lot of really good work (in both groups) today. Sean started to push his overhead work while Mike pushed through some super tough dumbbell reps.

Crystal (my manager) started today. Good debut for a rookie, but we'll see how she does over the long term.
