Notes:
Came down with a little sinus cold yesterday and took sometime to rest. Turns out rest and 90g of rice was enough to put on the rocket boosters and get me through this couplet.
The sled moved really well today and the deadlifts were nice and tight. Mike didn't finish all eight rounds, but he put in some serious work.
