Upper Body Bodybuilding Auxiliary + Incline Treadmill Walk

Morning
A.) 3x10 Cable high pull - superset w/10 DB drag hammer curl (per arm) 1010
B.) 3x10 One Arm cable pull - superset w/10 shoulder fly
C.) 3x10 DB fly - superset w/10 One arm DB press 1010
D.) ARMAP 20 - Incline treadmill walk (cals)

Results
A.) 15/50lbs
B.) 30/12lbs
C.) 20lbs/50lbs
D.) 180 cals

Notes:
Man, if you want to sweat out all the water in your body. Walking on a treadmill for twenty minutes on an incline while in a humid room and wearing a forty degree thermal is the way to go. I drank roughly 4 liters of water for the remainder of the day. Tried to keep the speed up the longer I stayed on the treadmill.

Everything else went smooth. Cable high pull was a little weird since the humidity in the room was making the cable machine act a little funny. But, I powered through and made it work. Shoulders are a little dead, but that was the point. A very good day to work at a lighter capacity from a big PR Saturday.
