Notes:
Today started off bitter sweet. The first three rounds of Zercher carries felt fine and even moved fine. However, on the fourth attempt at 330lbs (20lbs less than my last PR) I felt a little 'pop' in my back on the pickup. Worried, I dropped the yoke and gave my back a little movement and tried again. For a second time, 'pop'. I called it after that. I'm guessing a micro-tear in my mid back, nothing major. Good news is it 'popped' back into place later this morning when I was stretching.
Afternoon session was excellent. Haven't done that many chin ups in the past and both Mike and I are improving.
