Notes:
Mixed up some bodybuilding style supersetting with a CrossFit metcon at the end. Really great level of volume and intensity throughout the session. First time I've ever done wide grip dips and the decreased range of motion certainly played in my favor. Worst part of the metcon was the very last farmer carry. I thought my forearms were going to burn up and fall off. Ouch.
